Bishop Victor Skinner is the founder of God’s Glorious Church International Outreach Center and has served in various ministry roles globally. He is excited to join the Christian Leadership Education Institute, where he will use his love for teaching and his deep faith in God to inspire and educate others in their spiritual walk.
